The Family Entertainment Center building is located at the heart of Blue Tree commercial area, serving as a connecting point between retail and the dining destination. Its wavy multi level roofs allow easy entry of natural light, creating outdoor gardens where the waves make contact with the ground.

The two-storey building accommodates a different use on each level, both with independent access, framed with a wide marquee. Its main facade consists of a retail gallery and a large stairwell serving as transition from interior to exterior.

The Chef’s Market – a contemporary farmhouse – is located on the ground floor. The Market area comprises two functional zones: the backroom located in the rear part of the building with a direct access to the service road, and the sales area which opens through the main facade, visually connecting with the plaza and gardens.

On the first floor is The Trampoline, composed of two sections:

  • A recreational area with series of trampolines with a double height open plan ceiling, that gives the flexibility to modify the layout any time that is required.
  • A service area with a mezzanine that serves as a social hub with a spectator’s balcony for parents and visitors, coffee shop and party rooms.

Two covered walkways frame the building itself and a plaza. The square with its fountain is surrounded by undulating planters and organic shape patterns. Kept in earth tone colours they create a warm and nature-friendly atmosphere. This open space was ultimately created to accommodate local fresh and seasonal markets, supporting the local farmers and producers.
