Following the immense success of their all-day bakery shop, the luxury resort brand expands its portfolio to another F&B outlet, a restaurant called Iniala Kitchen & Bar.
The expansion satisfies the high demand of a larger space with more sitting capacity to serve breakfasts but mainly copious lunches and dinners. Based upon the Spanish concept of ‘Platillos’, the menu revolves around Mediterranean style small sharing plates, ideal for bigger groups than the latter coffee shop.
Located in Boat Avenue and right next door to its own coffee shop, the transition from the bakery to the restaurant is flawless, with the terraces matching similar style and concept. Indeed blue and white colors are used on floors as well as the furniture, reminding guests of an island lifestyle.
However, the differences can now be noticed once entering the restaurant. You will be welcomed by darker tones, darker wood furniture, setting a darker mood for the evening – suitable for a more formal dining set up. Some lighter color touches, such as pastel pink, turquoise and gold are brought to smoothen the contrast between the inside and outside. On the second floor of Iniala Kitchen, a mix of deep green, white, black and red reminds one of a deep lush jungle with exotic flowers. It hosts a cocktail lounge with a pool table, a perfect spot to hang out after dinner, while being served twisted classic drinks and finish off the evening in a cozy atmosphere.
